I have been reading your blog for some time now, and I love your food blog too.
Hey...have you ever used any of the recipes in Cooking Light? Some of them sound really good, but I haven't been brave enough to try them. I subscribed to the magazine though so if you ever want me to look up a recipe for you let me know. They give you access to the website when you subscribe.
LC - I work with high school students. I was in the junior high for 2 year and was transferred to the senior high last year, so am beginning my 2nd year with the high school. Thanks for the compliment. Good luck tomorrow.
MB - I used to have a subscription to Quick Cooking & Taste of Home (even went to a Taste of Home cooking show) and have so many magazines in my cookbook shelf. I usually just do searches on the internet or in my cookbooks and then modify the recipe to my liking.
