Blogger Banned!

Bah! Blogger is banned @ work as a "Non-Productive Site". What this means for me is that I can't get in to type a post or leave comments anywhere. I can however still view blogs. Apparently they have identified blogger.com as a site (which is how we type blog entries and type blog comments), but blogspot.com (which is how we view a blog) is not identified.

Your work-around could be the mobile blogging option...if you have a PDA, or even just an e-mail service on a PC (Outlook for example) you can post your blogs just by sending your text e-mail to the address of your blog. I havent tried it yet, but i read about it!

I have done the email thing to have a post put on before....I just have to look up that email addy again.....but that doesn't help me with leaving comments though.....

Flickr is banned at my work so no one at my company can view photos uploaded to my blog on Flickr. That stinks like old shoes! I've since switched to Picassa & Hello but the old original pix & photo's I need thumbnails or smaller sizes of that I use Flickr for just come up a blank white space. I don't see why Flickr should be banned and all the Live Journals & Blogs can still be up and visable. What's their point?
