20 seems a bit low for someone that WILL NOT make reservations at a hotel that doesn't have a free breakfast included.
This is the same person that asked me last night if it was okay to return a book to the store after reading it...

I have to say that I have never bought and book, read it, and returned it before.
And why not get free breakfast if you can.
