Week 5 of 8-week Plan

Ok - Now you need to add the following to what you are already doing.

Note: There were optional items that you can do each week, but they are optional (like fasting) and I did not include them in my list. You can buy the book if you want to find out what they are and do them.

Add: ginger tea, increase walking to 30 minutes, increase news fast to 3 days, listen to uplifting music, take a sauna.

I am actually enjoying the news fasts and am really enjoying the flowers.
